Choices
It doesn’t always have to be bacon and eggs.
The traditional fry-up one used to be able to find at the local builders cafe or greasy spoon that specialises in real Italian coffee that only the locals know about.
Ones first meal of the day can and should be about choice and where better to make this point than in Cornwall where they are well known for being fiercely independently minded. Where you can order the Breakfast Hash with halloumi and chorizo at #8 Cafe in Launceston.
A regular order, a preferred choice of mine.
If not, then their traditional Cornish breakfast with the option of an even Bigger Cornish for those in the mood.
No 8 is an independent cafe serving great coffee along with their breakfasts, imaginative lunches and homemade cakes. Well worth a try.
Unfortunately choice no longer comes standard. These days it is turnover. Everyone is in a rush and different a complication.
